Card payments, built and waiting on your account
The counter payment, the deposit authorization and the refund are shipped code running on Stripe. They switch on for your yard once your Stripe account is connected and ours is verified; until then the software records what you took on your own terminal.
- Card entry is Stripe's own — the number never touches our servers
- The amount comes from the rental, never from the page a member of staff can edit
- Deposits held as a real authorization, part-captured after the return inspection and the rest released
- Refunds through the same ledger, capped at what the customer actually paid
- Your own Stripe account and your own Stripe dashboard — we never see your keys, and we take no percentage of your rentals
