EZRentalYard was built by the team behind a #1-rated, 5.0-star trailer rental yard in Middle Tennessee.
We tried the popular rental software. It could hold a list of our trailers, but it couldn't do the things that actually run a yard: take a deposit properly, keep a unit off the calendar while it's in for service, or — the big one — bring in the next customer. So we were duct-taping a booking tool to a spreadsheet to a separate website, and still doing half of it on a whiteboard.
So we built our own. Every screen exists because we hit the problem it solves on a real Saturday morning with customers at the counter. Once it was running our yard, other independent operators started asking if they could use it too. That's EZRentalYard.
Who it's for
Independent trailer, tool, party and equipment rental yards — the ones running on a paper calendar and three different apps, who are great at the rental business but were never supposed to become software administrators.
Why operators pick us over the generic tools
The horizontal SaaS tools make you configure everything and leave you as one of ten thousand identical accounts. The white-label builders need a developer. We sit in between: it works out of the box for a rental yard because it was built by one, it brings you customers instead of just organizing your stuff, and it handles everything you rent in a single system.
